Steven Armento and Lillo Brancato (INDICTED, Armento is indicted on Murder in the 1st Degree in that he allegedly intentionally caused the death of Police Officer Daniel Enchautegui. The grand jury also charged Brancato and Armento with Murder in the 2nd degree, Burglary in the 1st degree and Criminal possession of a weapon in the 2nd degree). Dwayne Thompson and twenty-seven others (INDICT / ARRESTED: a “Treyside Gang” are charged with conspiracy to sell and distribute heroin and cocaine in and around the Diego Beekman Houses).

Jeffrey Ivey and Eric Fuller (INDICTED: on Murder in the 2nd degree in the death of Joseph Padro and Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd degree. The incident occurred on October 29, 2005, when Padro’s van was pelted with eggs as he drove past a building at 2595 Third Ave. in the Bronx). Ivey and Fuller will be arraigned on the indictment on Monday, November 29, 2005 in Part A.

Brooks was also sentenced to one year each, on the charge of child endangerment, for a total of fifty years to life imprisonment).
