Bronx District Attorney Robert T. Johnson announced today that 21 year-old Raul Davis, has been given the maximum sentence of up to life imprisonment for the 2001 shooting death of 15 year-old Patrick Seltzer.

A jury found Davis, of 1358 Washington Avenue, the Bronx, guilty last February of 1 count of Murder in the 2nd degree, and 1 count each of Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd and 3rd degrees. Acting State Supreme Court Justice Robert H. Straus sentenced Davis to the maximum allowable term of 25 years to life imprisonment on the charge of Murder in the 2nd degree.
